Adyvo began with a belief: that businesses deserve more than ticking boxes — they deserve clarity, consistency, and a partner who truly listens.
In 2017, Noel Anastasi, a former Associate Director at a Big 4 firm, laid the foundations for Adyvo. With a vision to offer audit and related services with greater focus and personal attention, Noel stepped away from the big-firm model to create something which is more agile and responsive to the ever-changing needs of clients.
Soon after, Ryan Gellel joined as Noel’s first employee. A former medical student turned auditor, Ryan brought a distinct perspective — blending analytical precision with empathy and problem-solving. Ryan has been a member of both the ACCA and the Malta Institute of Accountants since 2020. During his ACCA studies, he was awarded a global prize in Taxation, a testament to his technical ability and dedication. His background and experience also allow him to provide strong guidance and training to aspiring accountants.
What started as a working relationship quickly evolved into a shared vision. Together, Noel and Ryan shaped Adyvo into what it is today: a firm built on dependable, hands-on support across all service lines.
